SALES TAX

Chandeliers Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable sales tax rate of the state/county to which the order is being shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE.

MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE WITHOUT ORIGINAL INVOICE AND RECEIPT INCLUDED IN ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT DATE.

ONLY MERCHANDISE THAT IS UNUSED AND TAGGED IS RETURNABLE.

COST OF SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED ON OUR END.

MAILED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns within 10 days of shipment date will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 10 day period and includes the original invoice and receipt.  Once the unused and tagged merchandise is received and inspected, the refund will be issued electronically and a receipt emailed to you. We will notify you via email if the refund has been rejected with a reason for the rejection.

Returns within 30 days of shipment date will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 30 day period and includes the original invoice and receipt. Once the unused and tagged merchandise is received and inspected, the refund will be issued in the form of a discount code emailed to you for use on a future online purchase.  This discount code will be valid for one year from date of issuance.  We will notify you via email if the refund has been rejected with a reason for the rejection.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please make that note on your original invoice and we will do our best to fulfill your request.  If we cannot, you will be refunded as indicated above.

Returns should be mailed to:  Chandeliers Boutique, 79 S. Main Street, Canandaigua, NY  14424. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return.  If you are shipping item(s) over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). 

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Exchanges may be made as long as it is within the 30 days of the original shipment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

GIFT CARDS 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Chandeliers gift cards on our website. However you are welcome to call us at 585-622-1438 to purchase a gift card or place an order using a gift card for payment anytime during regular business hours.
