SHIPPING:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

CHANDELIERS-BTQ.COM RETURN POLICY DURING “NYS ON PAUSE”:

At Chandeliers Boutique our number one priority is to be sure our customers are 100% satisfied.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

  • Merchandise is not returnable without original receipt included in shipment
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from store reopening date
  • Merchandise must be in its original state of shipping, unworn and tagged
  • Return shipping will not be refunded unless it is due to an error on our end

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS:

MAILED RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

Returns within 10 days of shipment date will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 10-day period and includes the original invoice included in the package.  Once the unused and tagged merchandise is received and inspected, the refund will be issued electronically and a receipt emailed to you. We will notify you via email if the refund has been rejected with a reason for the rejection.

Returns within 30 days of shipment date will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.  Please be sure the returning package is postmarked within that 30-day period and includes the original invoice included in the package. Once the unused and tagged merchandise is received and inspected, the refund will be issued in the form of a discount code emailed to you for use on a future online purchase.  This discount code will be valid for one year from date of issuance.  We will notify you via email if the refund has been rejected with a reason for the rejection.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please make that note on your original invoice and we will do our best to fulfill your request.  If we cannot, you will be refunded as indicated above.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns should be mailed to:  Chandeliers Boutique, 1 S. Main Street, Pittsford, NY  14534. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return.  If you are shipping item(s) over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). 

IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Returns within 14 days of store reopening date will be refunded in the original form of payment.  Please be sure to bring the original receipt included in the package.  Once the unused and tagged merchandise is inspected, the refund will be issued electronically and a receipt provided to you.

Returns within 30 days of store reopening date will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.  Please be sure to bring the original receipt included in the package. Once the unused and tagged merchandise is inspected, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit.

Exchanges may be made as long as it is within the 30 days of store reopening date.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFT CARDS:

  • Gift Cards for use in-store only can be purchased on our website or by calling 585-730-1156.
  • If you would like to use a gift card to purchase something you see online please call us at 585-730-1156 during regular business hours.  
  • Unfortunately we are unable to accept gift cards as payment on our website at this time. 

 

SALES TAX:

  • Chandeliers Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable sales tax rate of the state/county to which the order is being shipped.
